Mr. Rayynor Silva, is one of the key personalities in the Sri Lankan media industry. He is one of the main personalities who introduced in setting up private media in Sri Lanka. His experience of 27 years in the industry has given him invaluable in-depth insight of the industry becoming the pioneer in the introduction & setting up private broadcasting / media in Sri Lanka.
